Free leads have no value.
Anything that costs money will take precedent over a free lead, right down to pencils. You will say that you need new business and this would never happen, but human nature dictates otherwise. If you are very busy handling existing clients, a new free lead will automatically go to the bottom of the stack and never be worked correctly.
Shared risk achieves success.
All our compensation models require you pay for leads weekly, even if they do not close. Why? To help you be more attentive to your staff follow-up. When you pay for a lead, you will make much more effort to get the deal closed. The higher percentage of deals your staff is able to close, the less expensive the marketing expense.
